Ghosts

The Upper Berth(eBook #900004)

by F. Marion Crawford

A seasoned traveller accepts cabin 105 on an Atlantic steamer and discovers why its upper berth is never willingly assigned. Crawford gives the impossible the solid inconveniences of bad plumbing, locked doors, and a steward who knows more than he says. It is an admirably seaworthy ghost story.
