Journey

Scott’s Last Expedition

by Robert Falcon Scott

Scott reached the South Pole in January 1912 to find that Amundsen had been there five weeks before. He went on writing in the tent on the way back until the end of March, and his journals were found with his body that November. Few books have an ending so well known or so hard to read.
