The Book of Tea

by Kakuzō Okakura

Written in English in 1906 by Okakura Kakuzō, a Japanese scholar then working at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston. It is about tea, and through tea about Taoism, Zen, flowers and the beauty of things left imperfect. It is short enough to finish before the pot goes cold.
