The Yellow Wallpaper
Read it in the Library After Dark Or read it as plain textA woman is prescribed rest and a locked room for her nerves, and the room begins to answer back. It was written as a rebuke to a doctor who nearly ruined the author’s life. I would not recommend reading it in the reading room with the yellow wallpaper.
